Carrabba's Team Blythe car racing continued to take first place honors throughout the 2005 season. Tyler Allen Blythe drove both cars into victory lane on numerous occasions. The car racing drew very big crowds and it was another great way to get the Carrabba's and other sponsors' names out there during the winter and spring until Carrabba's boat racing kicked into high gear.

The team ran two cars. The Carrabba's red car is a Honda 120 cc and is in the heavy Honda class. It is consistently a top podium finisher with Tyler behind the wheel. The Carrabba's black car is a Honda 160 cc and it races in the Honda heavy 160 class. Having two cars on the tracks in practice and races enables the team to adjust to track conditions quicker and thereby making them more successful on race day.

The racing at this level is well supported and consistently draws large crowds to events. Oaklane Speedway has been in existence for over fifty years! That in itself speaks volumes.

Running two cars is very costly, however the rewards outweigh that by far. Tyler had numerous wins in 2005 and that fist pump after a win is priceless. Below are just some highlights of these wins as well as scenes from the Speedways we visited this year.

to racing. Huge crowds each and every weekend come to watch
